Is this safe for type 1 diabetics? And how often do the treatments need to be done?

If you are under control, it's clinically documented to help type 1 diabetics, although I would definately check with your doctor first to get the go-ahead. Treatments theoretically are best when done every other day, or 6 sessions in a 2 week period.

You say from the abdomen to the thigh. Is is the full thigh (inner and outer) area(s) that are treated?

you can target inner and/or outer ... if it's both, on your front, I treat your inner thigh, and when you turn over, I treat your outer thigh ... you can also completely target just the thighs if desired ... there's a bit of flexibility with treatment positions :)

front and back :) ... 20 minutes on your front, 20 minutes on your back ... the treatment is 40 minutes, with a bonus 10 minute lymphatic vibration treatment.
