Hello Susan, My name is Erica. I am the spa massager. I understand your concerns about the reviews but like all business' in the world we get good and bad reviews. Some of the bad ones are from techs and therapist, who we let go for one reason or another and some reviews are why we let said techs go. So don't read to much in to the reviews about any business big or small. So sorry you are going off the reviews online. We have been in business for 14 years now. We are sorry to hear that your just reading the reviews to base your decision on our spa.
