Questions and Answers

Is the oil used appropriate for winterizing of car? What does the inspection include? Does it include topping off anti-freeze, windshield washer fluid, etc.?

If you are looking at winterizing a vehicle you may want to call us at 920-830-4000 or e-mail us at contact@cartolife.com. If you are asking if this oil is ok to use in cold temperatures then yes. The inspection includes looking at all major points on a vehicle that typically go bad. If you are looking for a full detailed inspection we also offer that as well but typically they take a minimum of 3 hours to go through everything. We check major fluids that we can get to this usually includes engine oil, brake fluid, transmission fluid, washer fluid, power steering fluid. Some vehicles do not have these fluids or they cannot be easily accessible. If there is something on your vehicle that you would like to look at or a known problem let us know and we will take extra time to look for that particular problem. We do offer an upgrade for a full service oil change for $7 which includes toping off all major fluids(we do not top off brake fluid. if brake fluid needs to be added there is a problem with your brake system or your needing brake pads very soon) and check tire pressure.
