Hi Constance, the cats are kept at Carolina Tiger Rescue in Pittsboro, North Carolina. It is a non-profit, educational wildlife sanctuary. We have public tours every weekend and offer touirs, field trips, volunteer opportunities, educational programs and more. So, yes, people may visit the sanctuary.
