On Sunday, March 23, 2014, starting at 9 a.m., participants take off on the approximately 4-mile Carolinas Spartan Sprint. Waves of 200 racers depart every 15 minutes thereafter. Participants will be challenged with a number of obstacles, which might include climbing walls and ropes, barbed wire, or mud. All racers receive a finisher’s medal and a T-shirt.
