Caron's Crazy Corral

At the non-profit Caron's Crazy Corral, rescued horses and at-risk youth help each other heal and grow. The American Paint Horse Association-affiliated facility pairs each youngster up with their own horse so that he or she can learn responsibility and form a lasting bond with the animal. All proceeds from lessons offered to the general public—available in Hunt Seat, Western, Saddle Seat, and Barrel Racing—go toward helping the farm accomplish this mission. Above all, youngsters, casual riders, and committed equestrians share in the mutual passion for horses, regardless of whether they're enrolled in a lesson program, taking a casual trail ride across the corral's 20 acres of land, or just shopping for tack for their favorite merry-go-round.
