I would highly recommend Cascade Heating & Air Conditioning. The serviceman was extremely efficient in servicing my equipment and did a thorough job of also cleaning my filters of my electronic air cleaner and return air vent. Serviceman showed up half hour before appointment time and completed work within a hour!

This is the second year I have had them come out to service our AC. They are trust worthy and educate you on what they are doing during the service. We discussed service options and costs to determine which was the best value. I highly recommend this Cascade Heating & AC. My only recommendation to potential customers is to get your system serviced early before hot weather since scheduling can take a few days before they make it to your service area.

Jeff, and his team were very knowledgeable and courteous arriving a few minutes ahead of their scheduled time, and reviewing the AC system outside and inside. They showed me the pressure readings and offered to add refrigerant to the system for a small charge. When I opened the door to other items for selling, they confirmed my current system was well sized for my home. The service was well priced, and knowledge was on target, and the outcome is an AC running cooler and less often while keeping the home at the same temp. If you are looking for a new AC vendor for keeping your heating, cooling or water heating systems up to date, Cascade is definitely a solid choice. Thank you, Jeff.
