Located in the historic West Adams neighborhood, Cashmere Bites’ loft-style industrial kitchen stands out from its surroundings thanks to a large, cherry-red door. Inside the modern studio, stainless steel and blond-wood counters support students as they learn to craft satisfying meals during three-hour classes that use local and organic ingredients whenever possible. Sessions typically focus on specified regional cuisines or food for special occasions, such as football Sunday or tomato-fight Saturday. The instructors also host private cooking parties and travel to homes for more intimate lessons.

The instructor was so warm and low key. I love to cook and she showed me some tricks that I used the very next day!Rissa R., Yelp, 2/27/12
It was the Taste of Thai menu and everything we made and tasted was awesome. The space is great.Karen M., Yelp, 4/4/12
“Lots of fun and something different to do! Took longer than expected which was fine --just would have brought two bottles of wine!”
“Very fun experience. My lady enjoyed it just as much. Great place for a date or to bring any friend or family. ”

“delicious recipes with great atmosphere. I would like it if the instructor allowed us to do more; she was often taking our utensils from us to "demonstrate" but then we were not able to cook our food and get true hands-on experience as much as I would have liked. Maybe if she had her own station she could demonstrate with her stuff first. ”
