I have a small one-storey house--with a metal roof. Metal + water = very slick. Incline is approximately 9/12. Would you still power wash the roof? Thank you for your response.

Hi Leslie, This promotion is actually for pressure washing on the side of the house and not the roof. In the exterior care package, in addition to the pressure washing of the siding of the house you would receive gutter cleaning, roof-debris cleanup, and moss treatment. I hope that helps! Thanks!

Hello, there is slight moss starting to develop on our roof. I did get the bad areas, but want to know how this would work for a roof that needs a little moss removed and treated. Our home is also a cape cod and has a slight peak, nothing outrageous. Here is an actual picture of our home. I looked at the picture it should be fine. If you get the Exterior Care Package we would pressure wash the exterior, clean the roof, gutters and treat the moss. If you would like a moss removal that would be extra its $45 an hour but we would treat it. We could do both house and garage.

I am interested in the $199 for an exterior-care package with pressure wash for a one- or two-story home, gutter cleaning, roof-debris cleanup, and moss treatment for up to 4,000 square feet (a $550 value). I have a 2 story, 2300 sq ft house. It has vinyl siding on it. Are you able to power wash the vinyl without cracking it? Will this Groupon cover this service? Thanks!

Whether we can power wash the siding or not mostly depends on how old and brittle it is. Generally we can and we haven't cracked siding yet. However in extreme cases it is possible so there are not any guarantees.

Do you power wash shake roof's and treat or just composite?

We don't power wash either. The power washing is for an exterior clean of the house siding. The treatment we are offering in the groupon for roofs is a moss treatment application and gutter cleaning. All services beyond that are additional charges. Cedar roofs typically do get power washed prior to re sealing but that is an entirely different service. If your cedar roof needs a de-mossing treatment that is covered under the groupon. However if it needs a clean re seal and repair that is not under this promotion.

Does this deal include basic moss removal and pressure washing? I would love to have the service provided I just dont want to have it end up being a lot more. I would really like to use the groupon, but again dont want any additional cost surprises.

It includes cleaning the Roof, Gutters & Treating the moss. Removal of moss is extra its $45 an hr so it would depend how much moss you have but they would tell you how much time it would take to removal of the moss.
