Dinner options rotate daily based on the chef’s preference. Each entree and side dish comes artfully arranged by the resident food decorator. Meals can include marinated chicken, roast beef, and roasted turkey for entrees, scalloped or creamy mashed potatoes and flowered carrots for sides, and chocolate cherries jubilee or apple crisp with ice cream for dessert. Each meal is accompanied by a side salad, two vegetables, fresh rolls, hot and cold beverages, and a dessert. During warmer weather, guests may savor their meals and a picturesque view on the wraparound deck overlooking the lake.

Cedar Lodge

Cedar Lodge sits on 75 acres of lush landscape along Blackstrap Lake. A sanctuary suited to complement nature’s majesty with its own rustic charm, the lodge houses 60 comfortable guest rooms, many designed with access to views of the lake on the property’s wraparound porch. The kitchen’s resident food decorator creates artful presentations with the lodge’s buffet-style meals. Guests dine in the airy Great Room, a regal dining space marked by a 50-foot cathedral ceiling.
