$59 for Three Strongman and Three Flexibility-Training Sessions ($185 Value)

The same training sessions used by Olympic swimmer Ryan Lochte, Strongman workouts strive to build upper- and lower-body strength, increase endurance, and burn fat through heavy-weight training and cardio exercises. The individualized sessions extend to flexibility training where no more than fifteen students are matched with one instructor. This Groupon includes a pre- and postevaluation, where an instructor identifies weak areas, identifies muscle imbalances, and provides nutritional counseling. Workouts typically last 45–60 minutes and are held Monday and Wednesday at 6 p.m., Tuesday and Thursday at 12 p.m., and Friday at 6 a.m.

Central Institute for Human Performance

It's fitting that the Central Institute for Human Performance is located inside a restored high-school building. Since the original lockers still line the hallways and the Karel Lewit Clinic for rehabilitation sits in what used to be the administrative offices, the glossy walls and floors often remind visitors of their athletic dreams when they once strolled through their own high schools. While the rehabilitation clinic treats injuries and physical trauma, the immaculate and spacious gym helps athletes improve or maintain their physical well-being. Fitness instructors challenge their students through innovative, small-group classes such as Strongman workouts. The center's consulting team, which earned a nod from Cardinals general manager John Mozeliak, offers nutritional guidance and lifestyle coaching to help members reach their goals. Professional jerseys hang above modern equipment to further inspire athletes to dream big and remember to pick up their dry cleaning.

The Groupon Guide to: Urgent Warnings to Shout at Horror-Movie Characters

A well-timed movie-theater outburst can stop a character in a horror movie from getting killed—or worse. What are some helpful things you can shout at the screen the next time you see a scary movie?

  • "Look behind you!"
  • "Look behind you—into that mirror! The killer was in front of you the whole time!"
  • "Look inside yourself! There you'll find the key to your survival: self-confidence."
  • "Look inside yourself! There you'll find the key to your survival: a literal key." (Saw movies only)
  • "Look out! The killer's too legit too quit!"
  • "No, don't split up! That's what my parents did and that was awful!"
  • "Don't go in there!"
  • "Do go in there! 'There' being a state of situational awareness in which you decide against entering the place you were about to go into."
  • "Don't look in the closet! That's where the killer is hiding his spare clothes!"
  • "Just relax. Time murders us all eventually."

When is it okay to scream at a movie?
