USA Triathlon–certified coaches provide individual guidance to help beginners and experienced athletes improve their overall athletic performance and begin an effective training regimen. Trainers Scott Berlinger, Rick Krupa, and Caitlin Drap lead the half-day program, which includes an actual triathlon workout using the facility's aquatic center, track, and cycling studio. Coaches will also share tips for race transitions and injury prevention.
