What is it that we are getting with this deal? Is it a coupon code for the drivechicago.com website, a print at home ticket, or a voucher to get a ticket when we arrive at McCormick Place? I don’t want to have to wait in the ticket line.

The deal is very good, unless you are planning on getting sucked into going into a car dealership this is the best deal you can get. Plus, this is the only discount that applies on the weekends.

Groupon does not charge a fee, the price is $6 a ticket. Also, you do not need to separate the order in to different names.

I updated my total to six but when I print out My Groupon there is only one ticket. It appears itemized with *-1, *-2, etc up to six but when I print it states it’s “Good for One Ticket”. I’m sorry, it’s probably just me but if you could help I’d apprecite it. Thanks!

I’m not from Groupon but look at the FAQ- sometimes it can take a few hours for the order to process and for you to get your verification email. No, you don’t have to print them out today to get the deal- they will be available under “My Stuff” > “My Groupons” at the top of the Groupon page. You can also confirm that they are purchased there as well as print. HTH

According to a previous post, with this Groupon you just have to go to any entrance and not stand in the ticket line. If we have a child that is under 6 and therefore free with an adult, do we have to get in the ticket line anyway to get a ticket for the child or will they be able to get in without having us having to wait in the ticket line?

The weekday tickets are discounts not the actual ticket, read it it says $4 off so it ends up being same as groupon but chevy you can only use weekdays

Andrew… at this pace, I think they should make a day just for groupon people, I cannot recall such a large number of groupons sold. Even the blockbuster thing that was free for everyone only got about 4000 people, and they did not have to pay a cent for that one.

When I want to buy another groupon after already purchasing one, do I simply go to buy and leave the number as one then click on update order or change the number to two….
I did the latter and when I went to check on my groupon it said it was processing 2 and 3… I just do not want to find out later that I only purchased 1 when I intended to purchase two, I think I recall in the past only change the number and updating and that being it, it did not mean that you added that many to an already existing order, but it has been a while since i have done that so things may have changed along with the new system.

Now I know it was mentioned that you only need to present your groupon at the entrance to get in… but it says on the groupon that it is good for one ticket, i just want to get some feedback from some people that have hopefully already used this groupon today to see if they presented the groupon at the entrance or if they had to go and replace the groupon with a ticket.

Used the Groupons yesterday for the show. They scanned each Groupon right at either entrance of the show. No standing in line to exchange. Fast and easy! Also didn’t need to wait in line for a “free” child. They let him right in. Thanks Groupon!

Are you people crazy. Get them for free at a chevy dealer. Oops, I guess there not really free because we all bailed out GM.

If I understand correctly those tickets are restricted to certain dates, and its very likely that those dates either fall during the weekday or days that people generally do not attend (probably due to work or in my case school), in which case a majority would not be able to go. at least in my case I am unable to give up a weekday, but a weekend is relatively easy for me to attend with friends even.

My order still says, being processed/ What’s up with that ? can i cancell?

Frank Sanchez I would contact groupon at least through e-mail to see what is going on:

“e-mail Groupon at support@groupon.com or call (877) 788-7858 (during normal business hours, central time)”

I would be very much surprised if they respond to you on here…
