We are going to visit Chicago from August 2 to August 5. The groupon can be really handy for us. However, I don't think we can get it on line via delivery. Can we order the pass through you and print out the confirmation page and claim the pass on site ( I mean via CTA ticket booth)? Thank you.

I'm very sorry, but the pass can only be delivered. The Groupon cannot be redeemed in person.

I will be traveling to CHicago on the 26th - 29th. Where and what is the cost for the 3 day pass. I missed out on this since I would be in and back from Chicago before the passes are mailed to my house. Thank you.

Hi Lianne! This pass can be used for any CTA trains and buses. It cannot be used to access Metra trains.

Can you provide some locations in Chicago (CVS, Walgreens, etc) that sell both Groupon gift card and the El pass (for those without credit card option)?

Hi Teresa, there are too many locations to list and it may vary from store-to-store. However many of them indeed carry Groupon gift cards.

We're visiting downtown Chicago in mid August. I'm only familiar with the "L Train" from Midway airport to downtown (The Tremont Hotel, 100 E Chestnut) and from downtown to Wrigley Field. Would this pass apply to the L-Train? Thanks! Mike

Absolutely! It's good for all CTA trains and buses, including the orange line that runs from Midway to the loop, and the red line that would take you right next to Wrigley.

Is this pass physically mailed to me? It says redeem from home. What does that mean? We are traveling to Chicago next week and would like to purchase this, but not sure if I have enough time since it says allow 10-15 days for delivery.
