Nicknamed “Bean to Bar,” the making-and-tasting experience shows groups how cacao beans become chocolate. The resident chocolatier demos roasting, grinding, and tempering beans as attendees enjoy a tasting tray of desserts and hot or cold chocolate refreshments.
