What locations do you cover? How long does it take to do the loop? I'm asking because if we get off at one location, how long is it before the bus comes back around? What if the bus is full when it comes back around? Thought this would be a great idea for relatives coming for a visit next month.

can we board the bus near where we live or do we have to go downtown to board for tour?

According to their website, "Circle City Tours, LLC is authorized and assigned to pick up and drop off passengers only at the six (6) designated stops as detailed on website, mobile website, and marketing materials. In compliance with liability and risk management policies, passengers cannot be picked up or dropped off at any other points along the tour route, the only exception being for emergency medical purposes. "

Thanks for the question! Children's tickets are available for kids ages 5-11. Anyone over the age of 11 would require an adult ticket. Children under 5 are free.

i purchased the INDY Bus Tour. How/where do I go to print my tickets?

Thanks for the question! Instructions for redeeming your Groupon will be included on your printed Groupon.

If you have already made the purchase, you can find and print your Groupons by logging into your account at www.groupon.com. Once you are signed in, place your cursor over your name at the top right of the screen and click "My Groupons" in the drop-down menu that appears. If the Groupon you are trying to print was purchased as a gift, it will be under "My Gifts".

After you’ve reached that page, click “View Voucher” to download the PDF file of the Groupon to your computer. Once that file opens, you can print it like you would any document.
