The bistro’s menu includes a selection of cold and hot sandwiches, each for $8, including a butter croissant with a choice of chicken or tuna salad, a philly cheesesteak, and a portobello-mushroom sandwich with avocado on a homemade focaccia. Sandwiches can be paired with a soup of the day ($5 for a bowl) such as the roasted tomato basil, or a rotating seasonal dessert ($4.50) including German-style chocolate cake, and passion-fruit cheesecake.

Citrus Bayfront Bistro

Tables at Citrus Bayfront Bistro overlook the sparkling Corpus Christi harbor. The pristine view invites diners to relax while they select from a menu of European-inspired sandwiches and discuss the finer points of sandcastle construction. Diners might tuck into an italian wrap, portobello-mushroom sandwich, or grilled-chicken sandwich with caramelized onions and roasted poblano peppers. Lighter fare includes a daily rotating soup such as broccoli and cheese or Abuela’s chicken soup, along with a selection of crisp salads including the Citrus spring salad and Mediterranean salad. The Bistro is open for lunch Monday–Friday, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
