Are there any water challenges or is it all dry? Is there any hint as to the level or type of challenges.......rappeling? swimming? climbing? Thank you.

hello I was wondering how many miles / far does the race cover in the 5 hours ??? And is there any water challanges or its all dry ones ?? thanks Rebecca

Great question. Most races are 3-8 miles of travel. That can be done by foot or public transportation.
