  • $19 for 5 Zen-Ball Therapy classes (a $65 value)

During zen-ball therapy classes, students of all abilities target trigger points and muscles, massaging out knots and stress using small therapy balls while performing healing postures. As high-energy music fuels students' spirits in cycling classes, they pedal through quick straightaways and climbs to pump up strength and endurance.

In power-Vinyasa classes, students work out their entire bodies. They focus on upper-body strength and controlled breathing in a continuous flow. Bodybuilding pairs with yoga during earth-yoga classes as students strengthen their cores by moving slowly through postures with weights. See the full class schedule.

Clarkston Hot Yoga

Heat softens and soothes, as anyone who has ever stretched out in the warm sun knows. Studio director and seasoned yoga instructor Susan Stencil puts that power to use with help from a dynamic team of instructors at Clarkston Hot Yoga. Muscles stretch easily in hot-yoga classes, and exhilarated breaths punctuate Hot-Pilates, body-sculpting, and fitness classes. The instructors also go above and beyond the typical boundaries of yoga, incorporating isometrics, weights, and breathing exercises. Doctor of Chiropractic and Olympic coach King Rollins helped develop the yoga series' techniques, which build the strength to win arm-wrestling matches and the poise to let a boss always win at arm wrestling.
