We have a group of probably about 6 ladies that would like to do this. Will we need to reserve space and if so will our groupons be good for that with a reservation?

Yes - I would suggest calling ahead to make sure they can accommodate your group before arriving. Your Groupon will be good for the promotional value as long as you use it before the expiration date!
