Power Ride courses accommodate men and women of all skill levels with a modifiable mix of hills, sprints, and intervals, whereas Soul Ride classes slow down the pace for calming, candlelit sessions. Yogi Ride—one of many rotating fusion classes—pairs vigorous cycling with 30 minutes of refreshing yoga poses.
