Mary, That is a great question! I guess we are all very uncoordinated when it comes to living life more fully...!! In truth the path is about both the failures and the successes. But if you feel you could use additional support to build up your confidence, we would be happy to take the basics of yoga and help make it accessible, fun, and challenging for you! While we cannot guarantee a smooth, easy ride, we can empower you to become more confident in taking risks and learning to smile. Now, that is something we can do!!

YES, our yoga studio is perfect for pregnant women, mainly because we are such a small, studio that we can support you easily with special needs. Hi. thank you for your enquiry...No, we don't offer Hot Yoga, we offer Vinyasa,. which is very difficult and challenging! In Vinyasa, we teach you how to practice breathing correctly and playing the edge in each posture, which trains you also how to handle life..also known as empowerment, something that in this day in age is HIGH TIME.
