L-shaped rooms are considered two rooms. Not valid on hallways, stairs, area rugs, partial rooms, commercial properties, or apartments on 3rd floor or higher. Carpets must be vacuumed prior to appointment. Moving of furniture is customer's responsibility. Not valid for the first or last day of the month. Cannot be combined with other coupons or specials.

We live in the country outside of Stoughton. I estimate we are 22 miles from the Capitol. We are 10 min. from the south beltline. How does your distance policy treat that estimation?

How effective is the cleaning on pet odors? Also, I would be interested in having my stairs done at the same time, is it possible to get a quote for that and have it done at the same time? Thanks!

How effective depends on the cause of the pet odor. Oils from a pets skin are usually removed with carpet cleaning. Odors caused by urine/poop require additional treatment after carpet cleaning. Applying a product like Nature's Miracle to the affected area after cleaning will usually take care of the remaining odor. This application can easily be done by the customer. Our normal pricing for a stair case is $45. We are offering a 20% discount on additional services at the time of the appointment to Groupon customers so the cost for the stairs would be $36. Our Groupon is for carpet cleaning only. Tile & grout cleaning is charged at a different rate - by the square foot. Price depends on type of tile, color of grout and how long it has been since the tile was last professionally cleaned.
