For beginner classes, professional photographers teach the functions of DSLR cameras, lens selection, lighting, and photo modes. They also suggest accessories and equipment. Alternatively, during advanced classes, instructors give a quick overview of basic photography techniques for about 10 minutes, before moving on to on- and off-camera flash, posing, and shooting with a model. Live models will be present during four-hour classes only.
