Brette V. answered 2 months, 28 days, 4 hours, and 52 minutes ago

for clarification the Expiration date says May 22, 2013 so does this mean that you have to use the Groupon before May 22, 2013?

Debbie-ann S. asked 3 months and 10 minutes ago - 1 answer

Michael M.

Debbie-ann, The feature still reads May 22, 2013 online. In order to get the $12 ticket through Groupon.com, you will need to use the Groupon Voucher Before this date according to the voucher instructions. We have extended the valid date through 06/06/13 as shown on the Groupon voucher after purchase.

Please explain in DETAIL how I need to purchase tickets: How can my family of 5 go to the water park on the same day?

Debra J. asked 2 months, 29 days, 22 hours, and 11 minutes ago - 1 answer

Michael M.

Debra, Each voucher is valid for a single day admission for 1 person. You can purchased up to 5 voucher through this feature with your email account. After following the instructions on the voucher, you'll select 5 tickets on our website and enter in the redemption codes one at a time per online ticket. No Credit Card is needed here. Bring the vouchers and your online reserved tickets to the water park desk to get your wristbands. The confusion of 1 per visit is the voucher can only per used 1 per visit for that 1 person. apologies for any confusion.

It says you must sign waiver. So if I wanted to take my daughter and a couple of her friends for her Birthday, do I need the parents of these friends to come to the park to sign a waiver for their child before they can play in the water park?

Wendy G. asked 3 months, 22 hours, and 32 minutes ago - 1 answer

Michael M.

Wendy, The supervising paid adult assumes all responsibilities for the children in the party/group

Michael M. answered 2 months, 29 days, 2 hours, and 29 minutes ago

Why does the fine print say "limit one per visit" but an answer above indicates that parent & child can redeem both groupons on the same day?

Pam H. asked 3 months, 5 hours, and 20 minutes ago - 1 answer

Kelsey W.

This Groupon has a limit of 1 Groupon per visit per person. As long as you have your own Groupons, you're all set!

My son is 3 years old , he is 36 inches right now, does he has to pay? What if he grows up to 37 by the time I use the groupon. Should I buy one ticket for him??

Laimy V. asked 3 months, 1 day, 3 hours, and 10 minutes ago - 1 answer

Kelsey W.

Children shorter than 36 inches enjoy free admission with a paying adult. Anyone 37 inches and over would need a ticket at the time of entrance. I hope this helps!

Kelsey W. answered 3 months, 5 hours, and 22 minutes ago

Can you bring a back pack or cooler with food or drinks? Are there lockers to store belongings?

J asked 3 months, 21 hours, and 8 minutes ago - 1 answer

Kelsey W.

Food is not allowed to be brought in, but they do have picnic areas available prior to your entrance. They do have lockers available for a fee (roughly $6/$7).
