What's the pet policy, and when you reserve is there any way to guarantee a room type? I see it says based on availability, does that mean depends on what day you choose and you set a type at that point, or does it mean you get whatever is left over on the day you arrive? Thanks

They do allow pets for $20/ day per pet. Please call and let them know in advance since they have special rooms for patrons with pets. You will need to call and book your room in advance (by 11/22/12).
