So can you go as a couple and get two mani/pedis for example?

Can you use the monthly special coupons on Cocoon’s website in conjunction with the Groupon?

Just to clarify, getting a $60 massage with the gift certificate will only save you $10 (17% savings), since you already paid $50 to get the certificate in the first place.

Like Groupon Alka mentioned, best bet it to use up the $100, to save up to 50% on services.

I just purchased today’s groupon and on the “deal” page it says there are two more days left to purchase. Does that mean I have to wait until the end of those two days to redeem my coupon? I made an appointment with them for this weekend and would like the coupon before my visit. I’m new to this so I’d appreciate the help. Thank you. :)

I bout my groupon today and made an appointment for Sunday. I have not yet received an email saying that the deal has gone through. I thought it would process after midnight? When can I expect the groupon? I will have to cancel my appointment if it does not process by Sunday. Thank you for any help.

My husband and I just got back from Cocoon, and it is awesome! My first time there, but I will definitely be back. This is a top of the line place, so it’s a great treat to experience it at such a great price. We had the Cocoon mani/pedi, some waxing (me:) and a Thai foot massage. We cannot speak hight enough about it. Get in there, and tip ’em high, because they are fab!

Can I bring in the coupon and use part of it for a wax and then come back another day for a mani pedi or do I need to use it all at one time in the same day?

I know this is quite belated but I just called the company and they said that they did not agree to the terms that the groupon could be shared, as you said it could be above. They recommended getting in touch with someone at groupon because unless someone from groupon gets involved, they will only honor what they consider to be their original terms – one person per groupon per visit. If that was really the case, Alka misinformed us and I would otherwise have not purchased the groupon. I would really appreciate a response because I would really like to use my groupon and share it with a friend (as Alka promised I would be able to). Thank you.

I don’t know if this is what you are referring to, but I bought 2 of these, used one and gave the other to my mom. It worked without a hitch. Good luck!
