Questions and Answers

Are toric lenses an option under this deal?

Dawn M. asked 11 months, 3 days, 5 hours, and 39 minutes ago - 1 answer

Todd J.

Toric lenses are not part of the deal , but we can do it. The fitting fee would be $75.00 and then $40.00 towards the toric contact lenses

I have already had an exam, and I have already purchased frames elsewhere. Can I use this deal just for the lenses? Thank you!

Kevin E. asked 11 months, 4 days, 6 hours, and 51 minutes ago - 1 answer

Todd J.

The deal if for a complete set of eye glasses so you cannot use your frame.

What is the cost of an exam with the eyeglass offer?

Lisa R. asked 11 months, 4 days, 14 hours, and 42 minutes ago - 1 answer

Todd J.

Sorry this took so long, its $95.00 if you dont have insurance

Todd J. answered 11 months, 2 days, 18 hours, and 27 minutes ago

Do you take Uniform Medical Plan (Classic)??? According to the vision care policy, exam should be covered, is it right? Since I will pay any amount over $150 per 24 months for glasses or contact lenses. So, for example, if I get a pair of glass (or 1 pair of glasses and 1 pair of sunglasses) for $300, then first $150 is covered by UMP, and the remaining $150 would be paid off by the $49 groupon (worth of prescription eyewear / sunglasses??? Is this how you bill?

Angela L. asked 11 months, 4 days, 14 hours, and 24 minutes ago - 1 answer

Todd J.

Hello, o we will bill your insurance for exam, If you have not used it you hav $150.00 to use. You will have $300.00 to apply to glasses, if its over that amount you pay the balance

How about if I want to just use the eyeglass part of the deal, do I have to get an eye exam here? Can I just bring in my current prescription

Joe M. asked 11 months, 4 days, 16 hours, and 22 minutes ago - 1 answer

Todd J.

Hi Joe, To use the eye glass part you (do not) need to get exam here. Bring in the one you have.

I already have a prescription from an MD. I need bifocals and I really would like rimless ones but had not been able to afford them. Also I want the rimless ones to be custom cut to fit my face which is very small. If I can use this for that I would buy in a heartbeat. I would even buy two, one for computer glasses. Can you let me know, please can I get those rimless ones? Can I buy two of these Groupon deals?

Mary E. asked 11 months, 4 days, 16 hours, and 27 minutes ago - 1 answer

Todd J.

Hi Joe,Yes you can use your RX for the eye glass deal. If it will let you buy two, I will let you use them for two pairs of glasses but not two on one.

Todd J. answered 11 months, 4 days, 16 hours, and 12 minutes ago

I do not know the prescription of my glasses. Is there a way for you to get the reading off of my current pair of glasses without getting an exam?

Esmeralda V. asked 11 months, 4 days, 16 hours, and 40 minutes ago - 1 answer

Todd J.

I can do that for you if you cannot find your RX. This would be used for the $150.00 worth of prescription eyewear.

Todd J. answered 11 months, 4 days, 16 hours, and 27 minutes ago

For the glasses deal does it mean you can only get glasses up to $150 or can you get a pair of glasses for over $150 and pay the difference? How many pairs of glasses are actually under the $150? The groupon says you have all these designer glasses which I'm sure cost more.

susan f. asked 11 months, 4 days, 18 hours, and 42 minutes ago - 1 answer

Todd J.

Hi Susan, You get to use the $150.00 towards a complete set of glasses. I have pretty good selection of frames starting at $79.00 and up. Overall cost depends on what kind of prescription you need.

Todd J. answered 11 months, 4 days, 18 hours, and 31 minutes ago

I have a precsription and need both regular bifocal glasses and sun glasses. Can this groupon help me save money?

cheryle b. asked 11 months, 4 days, 19 hours, and 11 minutes ago - 1 answer

Todd J.

Yes you can. By the Eye glass option only for that.
