The spa manicure or pedicure includes an aromatherapy soak, nail shaping, cuticle care, an exfoliating scrub, a paraffin treatment for the hands or an oil treatment for the calves, a light massage, and polish. The Fire and Ice pedicure includes a eucalyptus mineral soak, nail and cuticle maintenance, a cooling callus treatment, a warm sugar scrub, a hot-stone massage, and a cooling mask with warm towels. Nail treatments include the use of OPI lacquer. Salon Brio's resident manicurist studied under CND Chief Scientist Doug Schoon and nail-health expert Dr. Robert Spalding.

Skilled stylists fill the sophisticated, beige-toned salon with the sounds of mellifluous scissor snips and gibberish work songs as aestheticians sculpt wispy designs to each client's satisfaction. The team is led by manager and 17-year hair-color veteran Corey, who has trained in New York, worked for such companies as Matrix, Goldwell, and Rusk, holds licenses in three states, and travels the country to absorb new trends and techniques. Customers desiring color or full highlights can watch well-qualified colorists formulate, measure, and mix the shade directly adjacent to their chairs. White shampoo sinks and station walls allow tinting experts to get a true read of a client's initial and final hair color, unlike salons with dark washbasins and black lights.
