It took awhile to get the appt scheduled with them, they apparentally were hiring chimney sweep workers. But when we did get the appt they were there when we asked and did the job with no mess.

It was very easy to set up an appointment at my convenience. The young man called a half an hour before he arrived. He brought a large wet/dry vac and metal chimney auger. He cleaned the chimney from the inside suctioning the ash and using a brush on the fire brick and log rack. He opened the damper and examined the flue then ran the auger up the chimney to loosen built up ash. When finished I went outside with him where he pointed out several areas where the mortar was cracked and missing.
