Combat Circuit

Professional MMA fighter and Combat Circuit founder Nate Moore bases his signature training program around the ever-changing workouts practiced by mixed-martial-arts fighters before matches. His gym's exercise ethos centers on a balance between different movements and training techniques, leading participants through 30 minutes of nonstop movement. Regardless of gender, fitness level, or body type, exercisers begin their workout with a round of cardio, followed by 90-second bursts of different MMA-focused activities that range from hurling medicine balls to fending off attacks from hostile heavy bags. The routine's station-to-station planning and the gym's clean, spacious layout ensure that students have easy access to every piece of equipment they need in order to complete their training circuit.
