The pool was more than freezing (and I am not a baby about that) and there were only dirty towels at the pool, there was serious remodeling going on (which would have been nice to know about ahead of time), the rollaway bed was the worst evrer, and there was a very obnoxious group that no one was attempting to control staying there. Luckily, for the most part, the staff were very nice and helpful-otherwise it would have been a disappointment.

About Comfort Inn & Suites Brandywine Valley

Situated a few minutes outside downtown West Chester in eastern Pennsylvania, Comfort Inn & Suites Brandywine Valley is close to several of the area’s historical sites and museums. Brandywine River Museum, an art gallery housed in a 19th-century gristmill, and Brandywine Battlefield State Park, the site of the largest engagement of the Revolutionary War, are both within a few miles of the hotel. Downtown Philadelphia’s restaurants, nightlife, and historical neighborhoods are just 45 minutes away.

Each of the hotel’s spacious suites is decorated in warm green and gold tones and includes a separate living area with a couch and large work desk. In the morning, the staff sets out a free breakfast buffet stocked with eggs, yogurt, and make-your-own waffles. There’s also an indoor, heated pool where you can relax after a long day of sightseeing and learn whether or not an antique grandfather clock floats.
