Questions and Answers

When I called the number you suggested to find out about dates that they would be going out there was a recording that I should call another number to find out more about volunteering. When I called the other number, a recording told me to look on the website for more information about volunteering. We are only going to be in New Orleans for a limited time and I really need to know if they will be going out during that time. We also don't have a vehicle so I was wondering if we could ride with some of the other workers, but I really am not getting any answers and am very disappointed because I would have loved to be a part of the restoration!

Is this for all ages? I have an 8-year old boy who is VERY energetic. Would this be appropriate for him?

I can't tell if transportation to the wetlands / tree-planting site is provided. the words say that participants will be "escorted" somewhere to do the work. i would like to get a group together to participate, but we would probably need group transportation.
