Per the GroupOn Deal: Community Tap and Table hosts intimate cheese- or pasta-making classes at a southwest Sacramento location or in your own home during which up to eight people tackle the hands-on lessons. At cheese-making classes, students create fondue, butter, ricotta, and mozzarella from organic, hormone-free milk and cream and take their own herbal butter home at the end. Organic flour and cage-free eggs collide under students’ hands during the pasta-making class. They create sweet-potato gnocchi, lasagna, and fettuccine with white and sage brown-butter sauces.
