Choice of 60-minute Swedish or deep-tissue massage is tailored to individual needs and may include aromatherapy, crystal therapy, or color therapy if the client wishes. Before or after the massage, the practitioner performs 15 minutes of gentle Reiki therapy, which incorporates touch therapy to help restore balance to the body.
