Hi Pam, Thank you for your interest in CDC. All ages and levels are welcome at CDC! We have several adults who take classes with us! The majority take the Stretch & Strength, Turns & Leaps, and Contemporary classes, but you are welcome to try any you are interested in. Hope to see you in class! Regards, Lena Logan
