Short version: Upon meeting Patricia I extended my hand to her. She ignored my hand and said, "What is this?", ( in reference to my son!) I tried to ignore that she was being extremely IGNORANT and rude (in front of my child). We had made many attempts to call and even get there an hour early to make sure that my child would be allowed to participate in the class (see my child cook at youtube: quiteabite and was featured with the famous chef Massimo on Cityline). This behaviour should not be tolerated by anyone. Please source your merchants before hiring them. My son nor I will be going into another merchants house again. This questionnaire should come with every Groupon experience.

They kept saying that we were the 'Groupon' group. We were being used to introduce Cook Gourmet services to our bosses so that they could host our corporate events. Well bad assumption, because I AM the boss and I would not hold an event with Cook Gourmet. Each couple were to choose one of the recipes to prepare and we chose the Pork Medallions. We found out later that they were cooking the pork on the bbq and we were to adjust the recipe so that we were only to make the sauce. There were not enough ingredients to make the sauce according to the recipe so it was 'oh well, just make do, that's what we do when we are cooking' . You could also not hear the instructions/tips to the other teams so that part of the session was lost. I am not sure if everyone is treated this way or just this group because we were the 'Groupon' group. I can guarantee that for the full price of $100 approx pp I would not want to take the chance to see. In conclusion, the class was overpriced for what we received, and the marketing was horrendous. It's not a good plan for success to make us feel cheap to make yourself look better.
