Sorry, but they only do local delivery around San Diego. They hand deliver them, no UPS or anything like that.

When you call the 800 number, you enter the delivery location zip code and they connect you with a shop in that zip code. I don’t know if the deal is good nation wide…

Hey Ryan,
I sent you an email last week, and before that, one to Peter…I think there may be 5 so far… what’s the deal with no one from support getting back to me about my missing Groupons?? As I mentioned in my last email, I “found” some of the missing ones when I logged on using Firefox instead of Internet Explorer (not sure why this should matter), but that list is also incomplete and does not show my most recent Groupon purchases. Sorry to use this public discussion for this issue, but this is the only place I seem to get any response from anyone. :-(

I checked with the website for the cookies and the shipping would cost $48 for north San Diego county! What a ripoff!

I don’t know if that is 100% accurate. Please call the Santee location and they can give you a better idea of the cost. It may be correct, but I think you would be better off checking with them personally.

Would like to confirm that this groupon could be applied to multiple cookie orders placed together to get the full value of $60 worth of cookies. IE, if first cookie arrangement comes to a regular price of only $40, can I order a second $40 arrangement which would bring complete order to $80, minus $60 from the groupon, bringing the adjusted total owed to $20, which is the difference I would have to make up in addition to the groupon?

You are correct. The $60 is taken away from your final purchase total so if your total is $80, you would just have to pay the $20 difference.

Hi Ryan – can I give the Groupon certificate I already printed as a gift? I noticed it has my name on it as the recipient but can anyone in my family or even a friend use it? Thanks
Yes Rene, anyone can redeem the Groupon. They are tracked by individual #’s on each Groupon.

Hi Ryan, Does the entire Groupon need to be used at once, or could it be used like a gift card and carry a balance?
I am disappointed that Cookies By Design would not honor the Groupon as described by Nancy above; they would only allow a single Groupon to be applied to a single basket, so instead of getting two 4-cookie baskets, I was forced to get one 7-cookie basket (hence not able to give two clients gifts as I had wanted).
Can you buy this coupon and order through the Santee store to have something delivered in Tampa, Florida? Anybody know?
