You can view CCW certificate requirements by clicking here. You will not need to be a Kent County resident, but you do need to be a United States resident and a state resident for at least 6 months.

Yes, the session includes everything students will need, such as NRA materials, home-cooked meal for lunch, and a live-fire session with a .22-caliber gun, 60 rounds of ammo, and ear and eye protection.
