$79 for Three Private Pilates Reformer Sessions ($195 Value)

During private Pilates lessons, an instructor teaches guests fundamental moves and alignment principles before helping them boost core strength, balance, and flexibility.

Core Strength Pilates

Former professional dancer and Royal Academy of Dance–alum Allysia Nicolle first encountered Pilates while dancing on scholarship, eventually coming to view it as an essential component to her training. It wasn’t until after she tore her ACL, however, that she truly discovered how powerful the program could be; it not only offered her relief from the pain, but also helped her regain strength, range of motion, and muscle balance. Fuelled by the desire to share Pilates’ restorative approach to fitness, she now helms her own Pilates studio in Crestwood Centre, offering Private Pilates Reformer programs that incorporates a modern exercise science. During private lessons, she personalizes the programs—designed to safely restore the spine's natural curvature after years spent slouching over office desks and feeding troughs—to help improve each student’s coordination, flexibility, and posture.
