During private one-on-one Pilates sessions, seasoned instructor Michele Adams tailors workouts to match the goals and abilities of each client. In addition to traditional mat work, clients also gain access to equipment and accessories including a Reformer machine, TRX straps, and barre workouts.

Seeking to provide their clients with a more challenging and comprehensive fitness regimen, the trainers at Core Studios spearheaded a series of classes that fuse the core-strengthening movements of Pilates with the high-intensity exercises of functional training. Along the hardwood floors of their sunlit studio, the instructors lead students of all athletic abilities through a sweeping array of energetic classes—from rejuvenating power Pilates mat classes to vigorous TRX suspension-training sessions. During innovative Booty Barre classes, they combine yoga, Pilates, and dance movements to slim physiques and strengthen muscles. When conducting their diverse selection of Pilates reformer-infused classes, instructors guide students through strength-training, cardio, and stretching exercises using advanced equipment, including suspension trainers, spring weights, and jump boards.

In addition to group fitness classes, the instructors offer private one-on-one Pilates sessions that bolster fitness with workouts tailored to each client's fitness goals and physical abilities. They also lead an in-depth Pilates instructor-certification course, where students can learn the skills necessary to conduct Pilates lessons for eager students in their own classrooms or polite strangers in crowded elevators. Their facility is also home to a seasoned massage therapist who eases tired muscles with Swedish, ashiastu, and hot-stone massages.
