ok so my question is does one need to have a skill for painting? Are they done free hand?

I have never tried to do a painting. Just not sure how it would turn out. I suppose for the price I could at least have some fun!

Michelle – you do not have to have a skill. The teachers are great and easy to follow. sometimes the art will have a thin outline, sometimes it doesn’t. You can check when you pick your date.

Michelle D. – it depends on the painting. Some artists do some outlining on the canvas, and others are done free-hand. But they do them step by step, so they are easy to follow. Trust me – I have no artistic ability! But I do tend to choose the simpler paintings…! It’s so much fun. Get a group together and just go laugh and have fun – you’ll be surprised at how well your painting turns out.

Are there ever any 2 hour classes on Friday or Sat night? Looking at the calendars, we seem to be mostly limited to a weeknight and occasional afternoon. I’ll pass for now, but if I see a 3 hour groupon offering I’ll be back to buy several. Thanks.

@ Genese – The two hour classes are only on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Hopefully something clears up on your calendar so you can take advantage!!

I see that there are some two hour classes on other days besides tuesday and thursday. Are we able to go to those or are we limited to classes just on tuesday and thursday?

Are there ever guys at this thing? I went once and it was only women.

I see it says no children under 15…I’ve brought my daughter several times even to the 3 hour classes because they said as long as I thought she could handle it that it would be fine. Is this still the case? Also, if I purchase 2 can I use them at different times? Thanks!

@ Nicole – I would suggest asking the particular store you plan on going to before you bring your daughter, just to make sure it is ok for her to join you. You can purchase one for yourself and then purchase others to give away as gifts, for your family or friends to redeem for themselves.

Thanks for updating the fine print to state Tue/Thur and the age limit. It wasn’t there before.

WHen I printed this groupon it only shows 3 of the 4 locations. I am in Baton ROuge and purchased these with intent for my daughter & I to use in Baton Rouge. My question: is the Baton Rouge location excluded. If so, that was not made clear in the information at the time of purchase…all 4 locations were listed. Please advise.

@ Denise – it only shows 3 of the 4 locations on the voucher because of space. All four locations are valid and show up in the right column next to the write up.
