Makeup artist Wanda Enoch applies the permanent makeup during an approximately one-hour visit, then touches it up during a follow-up visit four to six weeks later. Groupon customers will also receive 20% off of any additional permanent makeup services they book to take place at the same time as their first permanent makeup appointment.
