Clinical director Norma Cataldo aims the noninvasive, FDA-approved Exilis radio-frequency system at unwanted fat on a given treatment area. The system’s dual-function radio-frequency radio waves heat fat cells and flush out their contents, effectively slenderizing the targeted zone. Though clients may notice results after two sessions, a series of four treatments spaced two weeks apart is recommended. Clients can continue normal activities between sessions, and should hydrate, eat healthily, and exercise. Alcohol and caffeine can decrease results and should be avoided.
