Stepping into the Courtyard Cafe at Windsor Arms Hotel is like stepping back in time—more precisely, to 1927, when the hotel was constructed. A huge chandelier in the lobby foreshadows the cafe's two-storey elegance, which unfolds as your eyes travel upwards.
