Photographer Shalene Cennon begins each appointment with a consultation to determine exactly what kind of shoot her clients are after. She adapts her professional eye to suit their desires and capture portraits of children, couples, and families of up to six. Shalene might turn her lens on a simple day at the park, or preserve memories from a truly special event, such as an engagement. She also takes more traditional headshots for use in a corporate setting, applied to business cards, resumes, or company bios. She takes the name of her business—Creatively Speaking Photography—from the amalgamation of her expertise with the customer’s style, a recipe she has successfully produced for more than 16 years.
