This conditioning program, though intense, scales to exercisers of all stripes. The workouts constantly change in order to help participants blast through traditional weight-loss plateaus like a battering ram through a doggy door. Along the way, CrossFit 380's coaches give participants tips to improve their techniques, as well as endless encouragement to power them through their workouts.
