Held Monday–Friday at 6 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 5 p.m., and 6 p.m., these boot-camp classes are designed specifically to help women slim down for the summer with cardio exercises that amp up weight loss without adding bulk. Instead of barbells and CrossFit routines, sessions will focus on drill running and body-weight training using TRX equipment, kettlebells, sandbags, and jump ropes. CenCal Strength

CenCal Strength schedules its intensive, ever-changing group workouts six days a week and encourages nutritional changes with guidance in protein-heavy diets.
