The CrossFit Prep program orients newbies to the proper techniques and how to execute various exercises and lifts, while prepping their bodies for more advanced CrossFit programs. Subsequent CrossFit classes subject athletes to a new Workout of the Day (WOD) each session. Though the workout always changes, exercises may include running, rowing, Olympic weightlifting, pull-ups, and rope climbing.

Exercisers of all levels build strength, stamina, flexibility, and coordination under the tutelage of certified, safety-focused trainers and coaches.
