He leads these same students of fitness through the air with gymnastic ring work or cheers them on as they scale their way up ropes. Anthony’s energetic motivation permeates the 4,500-square-foot studio, where he encourages his clients to taste the sweet fruit of their full potential as they push themselves through the CrossFit workout of the day.
Anthony leads groups through 45- or 60-minute sessions 3 to 11 times a day. He takes charge of these classes in a facility with an array of equipment adaptable to several different workouts. Schwinn Airdyne stationary bikes enable high-intensity cardio, and 2,000 pounds of bumper plates enable heavy lifting. Anthony’s exercises scale to suit clients of all levels of fitness and a wide range of ages, like a school in which a first grader sits right next to his zany uncle Theodore.
